My Role:
- Led overall PR strategy for the 2024 show, managing a cross-functional team of four contractors.
- Directed pre-show media outreach and press list development, including deskside briefings with Wirecutter, HGTV, Good Housekeeping, and Forbes.
- Provided media training for IHA’s Director of Marketing and produced all press materials.
- Coordinated on-site press check-ins and managed earned media coverage throughout the show period.
- Developed strategic wrap-up reporting for internal stakeholders
