My Role:
- Conceived and produced the event from ideation to execution
- Directed branding, creative concept, and visual identity
- Managed all logistics: vendor coordination, permits, guest check-in, audio and bar setup
- Curated talent lineup and managed performers
- Led promotional efforts, including poster design and social strategy
Results:
- Sold out 150 tickets, reaching full profit two weeks before the event
- Surpassed bar minimum
- Strong visual brand presence captured in photos and recap
- High guest satisfaction and strong interest in future events
